Dear Members and Friends,
Welcome to our Association of Chinese Professionals in Atlanta (ACP) website, the virtual home for all our members and friends. Founded in 1993, ACP is an independently registered, non-political, non-profit professional organization in United States. We are the largest Chinese professional talent pool in Georgia, as well as in the entire southeastern region. All Chinese professionals, regardless of nationality, are welcome to join.
The goal of ACP is to help our members achieve self-improvement and prosperity with their natural resources. The resources are their expertise in respective fields and existing connections with China.
ACP offers its members and friends a platform for science and culture exchange and experiences sharing, enabling talent recruiting and career development, bridging culture exchange and understanding between Chinese community and main society, and promoting business collaboration by providing opportunities for friendship, networking, and collaborations among its members and between members and their communities. Every year, ACP organizes various exciting events and activities for our members and friends. Our events include: professional seminars and workshops, international conferences (scientific or cultural), hosting or co-hosting delegations from the Greater China region, and providing many social and networking activities.
It is a great honor to be the ACP President for 2009-2010. In the coming year, we will continue to serve our members, corporate sponsors and community whole-heartedly. Our objective for this term are: 1) expanding our event services and activities to benefit our members; 2) partner with other Asian organizations to co-host events, enhance network bridges among our organizations, and build a better community together; and 3) reinforce our working relationships with local US governmental offices and news agencies.
If you are a current member, please visit us often. We welcome your comments and contributions for all our upcoming activities. Your contributions will help the development of our association to a better organization.
