	Description	an interim tax manager role that is a 12 week assignment.

	Qualifications	1) Sales/Use Planning Background; Ability to Understand Sales/Use Tax Theory and Audit Concepts; Ability to Prepare and Review Returns Without Prior-Period Workpapers or Calculation Software 2) Ability to Evaluate Internal Processes, Information Requests, and Software to Ensure Accurate Treatment of Transactions for Sales/Use Tax Purposes 3) Prior Experience with Large Merger/Restructuring Projects; Ability to Understand Effect of Merger and Acquisition Transactions on Federal and State Tax Compliance 4) Ability to Respond to Notices (Especially Those Related to Restructuring Transactions) Without Raising Questions from Taxing Authorities 5) Basic Understanding of Non-Sales/Use Tax Filings ? 1099, 1042, Income/ Franchise, Property, Payroll, etc. and Understand Impact of Registrations/ Mergers/ Withdrawals, etc. on Such Taxes. 6) Intermediate Tax Research Skills; Ability to Identify Issues That Require Additional Expertise 7) Ability to Quickly Learn New Software (Any Experience with TR DataFlow, Manchester, etc. would be a plus)
