Attached please find a letter from Consul General Qiao Hong. She left Houston last week and will work at China Embassy in Netherlands. Her husband was just appointed as the ambassador there. The new consul general Gao will take office later next week. The Consul General Qiao was the first female Chinese consul general in US.
