Around one hundred people including business and community leaders, public officials, diplomats in Atlanta and other areas as well as and faculties at GSU attended the ceremony. CNN news anchor was master of the ceremony. Governor Perdue and Vice Governor sent their congratulation letters to the ceremony. The following people addressed audiences during the ceremony:
