Mr. Hongyue Fu, Deputy District Governor of Wanzhou District in charge of
Economic Development, Capital Investment, Foreign Trade and Foreign Affairs.
Mr. Fu participated in the strategic planning of the Three Gorges Area
and oversaw the construction of a local railroad, the Wanzhou Airport, the
Wanzhou Port and other major infrastructure development projects.

Mr. Liuchuan Zeng, Deputy Director of the Office of Overseas Chinese Affairs.
Mr. Zeng participated in the economic planning of the Three Gorges Area.

Ms. Ping He, Deputy Director of the Office Economic Planning and Director
of the Office of Railroad Administration. Ms. He participated in many major
infrastructure development projects in Wanzhou, including the construction
of two major railroads.

Mr. Xianwen Tang, Chairman of Jiaxin Real Estate Development Ltd. Mr. Tang
is an active member of the local Architecture Association and participated
in the establishment of the construction standards of the Association.

Ms. Lu Sun, Assistant to the District Governor. Ms. Sun lived in the U.S.
for six years and holds a Masters degree from a U.S. university. She will
be the interpreter of the delegation.
