Summary 1. Self Education by Xin Li.

Topic: Music history: from classic to popular 2. Old and new committee transaction: The former president Jianing Xu transferred the organization account and belongings to the new president Huanyao Gao 3. Committee members changing: The committee approved the quitting of two committee members: Yanbin Guan and Xianwei Hu The committee approved for the application of two new committee members: Guannan Wang and Ye Zhu 4. Allocation of duties The new committee re-allocated the duties of each member as following: Huanyao Gao: President, coordinates committee activity and any events in general. Qiaozhi Wei: Vice President - Treasure, maintaining account and fundraising Ye Zhu: Vice President - Secretary General, documents maintenance, assisting work of president Jianing Xu: Vice President – ACP-Atlanta-Athens coordinator, coordinate events co-hosting with ACP-Atlanta Jianfeng Zhou: Vice President – US-China projects coordinator, coordinate collabration projects between ACP and companies, organizations or other entities in China Yijie Xue: Vice President – membership, members recruiting and communication Qiangjia Zhong: Vice President – mentorship, coordinating seminars and career development Xin Li: Vice President – event coordinator, coordinating entertainment and gathering Guannan Wang: Vice President – webmaster and career information collection 5.
